Richard also facilitates working group meetings to achieve specific objectives. This can be business planning, programmes of strategic activity, identifying solutions to issues or barriers for growth, exploring new possibilities or defining policy.

This includes exploring possibilities and ambitions in order to identify a personalised action plan that utilises strategic networking, market positioning, action for evidence, personal growth and learning to achieve significant results. Richard has worked with CEOs of start-ups, SMEs, NGOs and strategic business units as well as internationally renowned producers, artists and makers.
urban consultation for placemaking
Richard has developed a series of consultation methodologies for urban development, design and planning. These see Richard work to the commissioning client’s brief, but by collaborating with a variety of communities in a specific neighbourhood or development location to identify relevant, timely and appropriate solutions that utlise hyper-local assets.
Methods include asset and actor mapping, photography, story-telling, future speculation and gamification, so that Richard is able to focus on harnessing opportunities and reducing barriers. Richard also created an app for community asset mapping,
